Sierra Boggess - Transatlantic Musical Star
Over the past two decades the Denver-born lyric soprano voice of Sierra Boggess has enthralled audiences in both New York and London and has engendered demands for her live concert performances world-wide. Following her Broadway debut as Ariel in “The Little Mermaid,” Sierra was contracted by Andrew Lloyd Webber to perform the role of Christine at a London command performance or “The Phantom of the Opera” opposite Ramin Karimloo, as well as a sequel to that musical, “Love Never Dies.” She later originated the role of Rosalie Mullins in another Lloyd Webber musical “School of Rock” in 2016. Her many duets with British star Julian Ovenden have been critically acclaimed and she has become a regular featured artist at the annual Promenade concerts at Albert Hall.
During this program we’ll have an opportunity to watch Sierra perform at live concert venues as well as listen to some of her most popular vocals.
